What is or who are the Karma All Stars?

The origins have been slightly muddied by alcohol and time but the name has been shortened from
"The Instant Karma All Stars" to just "Karma All Stars"

I do believe the credit has to go to Johnny M a regular DJ at the All Stars parties and purveyor of fine funk and random cheese.

We were asked to do a tent at Shamania in 2007 and we decided to do something a little different from our usual Psy-Trance/Techno events, we all like different types of music but rarely get to play it out and so it came to pass that the Karma All Stars would be an event where there is only one musical rule NO PSY or TECHNO, anything else goes from funky electro house to Balkan ska, anything and everything gets played.

Karma All Stars has now become a firm favourite with a diverese range of people from fluffy clubbers to trendy students, cyber goths to beardy beer drinkers, we think it's the combination of good danceable music mixed with an extremely friendly crowd and of course the fancy dress, did I not mention that? sorry. Each month we have a theme and we deck the place out accordingly from a pirates lair to a jungle safari or a wild west saloon to a medievel castle, check the parties section to see this months theme

We are at the Red House on Solly Street, Sheffield last Friday of the month with a measly entrance fee of £4 before 11 and £5 after that it starts at 10pm and ends around 4:30ish .
